The Rhondda Amateur Radio Society has been approached and have agreed to assist a local girl-guiding group with their Thinking Day on the Air event. The annual event which sees Girl Guiding groups make radio contact with other girl-guiding groups across the world. As well as learning about other groups and wishing them well, the Guides will also learn about Amateur Radio and the various ways in which we can communicate across the world.
